Dear Journal,
Day 1 ~ January 9th, 2012 - Prologue
The newest journey of Survivor Amanda has started with 18 "new" castaways flying in on a helicopter; all were silent, looking around at each other and amongst themselves; including myself. Hello, my name is Stephanie Valencia aka "StephV" for the game and I'll be taking you through the journey of the game up to this point so far from my point of view.
"Welcome everyone to this Generic Tropical Island! Even though this place is generic and tropical, this game sure as heck won't be! We've got some fun stuff planned for you this time around - including some challenges more intense than in prior seasons. Expect a few more semi-live ones this time around, especially before the merge. Just warning you ", host Amanda generally exclaimed to us as the helicopter slowly began to land on the new, untouched Generic Tropical island.
We all walked out one by one, down the few steps the helicopter has put down for us and slowly walked over to the coloured mat that we were pre-assigned in. Those were our designated tribes for the game; standing on a aqua colour mat were the Amanu tribe and next to them were the Marotiri tribe (which was my tribe); standing on a light purple, almost kind of light maroonish colour.
A few minutes later, following the tribe assignments, co host Erik and Parvati walk out behind greeting us with a big smile. Seconds later, the prediction writers for this season all followed out one by one; they were Eliza, Adam, Austin, Kim, Michelle, Mikayla, Rupert, Stephen and Tom; slowly walking in was Misty and lastly making her grand entrance, the only Michslut. The castaways stood quietly listening to their advises and such.
"TO ALL THE PLAYERS: DRAMA WON'T HURT YOU. IT WILL ACTUALLY HELP. I GOT ALL THE VOTES AND GOT IN A FIGHT WITH PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE. " Called out, Michslut trying to get her touch on the castaways.
Lastly before heading off, Amanda gave us our buffs and a map to our new home. Both tribes started trekking off into their separate ways into the woods to find their new home and the game has begun. Every word spoken from here on out can be true or false.
While walking along, I started chatting and getting to know my tribemates which consisted of, Heidi, Jim, Kelly G, Kelly W, Lillian, Robb, Tracy and Yul. Some weren't as talkative as others and some were. We all took turns looking and trying to follow the map.
Three hours later, we finally arrived at our beach, I cannot believe that this is our home for the next 39 days. We all began to go our separate ways, Robb, Jim, Yul and Lillian were gathering some supplies to build the shelter. Tracy and Kelly G went off to find food. Kelly W and myself went to find water to fill up the canteens and Heidi was getting the fire started.
Camp life for the first day was busy as we were trying to get everything build and getting everyone settled for the next 39 days days.
Day 2 ~ Immunity Challenge 1
"Come on in, guys! Welcome to Survivor: Generic Tropical Island! I like this place, generic as it is." Amanda exclaimed as both tribes we're heading to the beach where she was.
The first challenge was sort of like an endurance one. At least two people had to be "standing". Long story short, my tribe won and we got to choose someone from the other tribe to go to exile. We decided Brady was to be the first victim to get sent to exile.
At Marotiri beach, it was a quiet night, everyone still getting to know each other.
I haven't had a clue what happened on Amanu however, it was JT that was who was voted off first and became the first member in the pre jury house.

Day 4-5 ~ January 13, 2012
We woke up this morning to a treemail hinting us what the next challenge would be.
You've waved your flag, but now
You have to wave another one
Whip it back and forth, wave it too
Both tribes have the other's fun
Day 6 ~ Immunity Challenge
Today's challenge was fairly simple; it was a flag making... for the other tribe. It was a close one but Amanu nearly snatched the win by 4 points and Yul was sent to exile.
Tribal Council was an easy one for Marotiri as there were no votes. Jim died on us for having health issues and old age-ness. RIP Jim, we'll never see you again.

Day 7-9 ~ January 16, 2012
The next round also wasn't very interesting except that, Amanda surprised us that we're playing for individual immunity as both tribes will be going to tribal council TOGETHER aka, being able to vote in each others tribal. This got everyone in the entire game to start socializing, cross tribal talking early.
The challenge was a beach blank-out brawl. In the end, Rudy, Tyson and Heidi won immunity and off we all went to tribal that night.
On Marotiri, it was another easy, no vote as Kelly G decides to quit the game.
Over at Amanu, Ted was voted out with his penis as Amanda happily snuffs his torch. and Alexis gets a self vote and this is the first that I see Amanda being livid.
OH and did I mention, Eliza also got a vote too. *giggles* She's probably at the bottom of someone totem pole.

Day 10-12 ~ January 18, 2012
Marotiri begins to crumble again at the immunity challenge and Amanu pulls out another win.
That evening on Marotiri beach was another quiet snoozefest and tribal council was yet another no vote as Robb had been deployed by a mysterious Nation Guard. And Amanda is depressed that she doesn't get to snuff his torch.

Day 13-15 ~ January 21, 2012
In the middle of the night, Alexis was abducted and was never seen since then.
At the immunity challenge, it wasn't really for immunity as Amanda announced that we're switching tribes... however, it's not like that.
"Your performance in this challenge will determine which tribe you are on - the lowest three people on each tribe will switch to the OTHER tribe. " Amanda explained.
It was a battle of endurance. Brady and Yul were the firsts one to drop and Amanda was not pleased. Lividmanda with those laser eyes was back. And they were the first two to swap tribes.
The next people switching tribes were, Tyson, Lillian, Heidi, and Rudy. Kelly W and Linda won the trip to exile and myself and Brandon won the second place reward.
In the end, the new tribes were,
Marotiri: Myself, Kelly W, Tracy, Brady, Tyson and Rudy.
Amanu: Kelly C, Brandon, Linda, Lillian, Heidi and Yul.
Immunity Challenge
Before the challenge started, Amanda announced that PW Eliza was promoted to co-host for all her hard work that's she done! Well done, Eliza!
Anyways, challenge today was a fun one, it was a name 45 songs having the clips under a minute. New Marotiri worked well together and scored the first win as a new tribe with having a perfect sore.
New Amanu went to tribal council and Yul was the next to be voted out and sent to the pre jury house.

Day 16-18 ~ January 30, 2012
The next day, we all prepared for the challenge as it was something about kicks and punches. I have chose to sit out. Everyone else were paired up with someone from the other tribe and the goal is to beat them... to death.... just kidding. However, to put more damage on them.
Brady gets the first score for Marotiri and Kelly C is bruised up lying on the ground.
Kelly W gets the next score Marotiri in a very heated match against Brandon.
Tyson and Heidi had a very sexy battle however, it was Heidi that lands the first score for Amanu.
Two oldies were up next: Rudy and Lillian. Lillian showed that even an older man can't mess with a women. And Rudy was beaten as Lill scores another point and ties it up.
The final battle between Linda and Tracy and this was a match up! The most intense battle of all, Linda had a good lead but lost it in the end as Tracy finishes her off and wins the entire challenge for Marotiri and Heidi was sent to exile.
Amanda gets livid yet again that Kelly C did not participate or acknowledged the challenge and will be self voting. TSK TSK.
That night at Amanu tribal Council, it was probably the most intense one so far in the game as three rewards were used and Brandon was sent packing with a vote of 5-2.

Day 19-21 ~ February 2, 2012
Treemail today was about having a ball.
At the immunity challenge, we we're told to drop our buffs as we have merged and are now called Fangatau.
The challenge was kinda endurance like, there is a ball that you have to try to hold for the longest time before someone steals it from you.
There was also a reward challenge too which was to beat Amanda's score in the puzzle maker.
In the end, Lillian won immunity with a total of 272 minutes and Tyson was sent to exile with a time of 3:53.
Tribal council that night was the first that everyone is active and everyone is voting. Brady was voted out for his lack of dedication to the game and became the first jury member. Rudy self voted and Amanda was once again not happy.
And thus here we are at 9 and the quest continues tonight.....
